The photographs show the damaged block from several angles, rescuers working at the site, and local residents and onlookers watching the response. Other frames record a man standing beside a damaged car near the building, a man inspecting an air-conditioning unit from a window, and a potted plant left on a windowsill in one of the damaged apartments.
