Russian forces strike residential building in Zaporizhzhia with drone

These editorial photographs cover the aftermath of a Russian drone strike on a nine-story residential building in the Kosmichnyi district of Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, where five people were injured, one of them seriously. The pictures show rescuers and medics at work, an aerial ladder and platform basket set up against the building, firefighters of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine at the entrance, and a woman descending the ladder after being evacuated from a blocked apartment. Others show a family brought down from the fifth floor, evacuated residents seated on a bench outside, onlookers watching the response, and a woman with burns treated in an ambulance.
