A. General use & acceptance
By accessing or using fastmediahouse.com (the "Platform") or downloading any content, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
We may update these terms, and we may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Platform. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date; continued use after changes means acceptance.
B. Accounts, organisations & conduct
1. Accounts are organisation-based: a solo user is a one-person organisation. The organisation holds the plan, credit balance and licences; members act within the roles assigned to them.
2. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share passwords or circumvent access restrictions. Organisation admins are responsible for managing their members and removing access that is no longer appropriate.
3. Account information you provide must be accurate, and billing details current.
4. Conduct: you may not use the Platform to harass, impersonate, spam or distribute unlawful or hateful material, and you may not interfere with other users' use of the Platform. We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
C. Your content & uploads
1. Content you upload to your own library remains yours and remains private. Fast Media does not license, sell or repurpose your uploads, and does not use your content to train AI models without your explicit consent.
2. You must hold the rights to anything you upload. No unlawful, unlicensed or offensive uploads are allowed.
3. A future opt-in marketplace may allow members to submit content for licensing; participation will always require your explicit, separate consent under its own terms.
D. Licensing & purchases
1. Licences are granted per image, per purchase, for the usage scope selected at checkout, and are documented by a licence record and certificate in your account. The detailed usage rights are set out in the License Terms, which form part of these terms.
2. Editorial content may not be used commercially. Where attribution is stated, it is required.
3. You may not resell, redistribute or republish licensed content, mint it as NFTs, or use it to train machine-learning models, unless such rights are explicitly granted in writing. Extended rights for specific scenarios are available under defined terms.
4. Images are paid with credits (1 credit = €1) or directly by card; payments are processed by Stripe. AI generation is provided as a plan allowance with optional top-ups. Prices shown at checkout are decisive.
5. Refunds are possible within 14 days if the licensed file is unusable and has not been used in a publication. Contact us with the licence reference.
E. Your library & storage
1. Storage and team features are provided per your plan. You manage your own team, folders and uploads.
2. Exports and deletion of your own content are your responsibility; on account termination we will, on request, provide a reasonable window to export your content.
F. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- remove, alter or obscure any copyright information or notices;
- download, copy or re-transmit content outside a valid licence or without written permission;
- use data mining, robots or scraping technologies on the Platform;
- reverse engineer the Platform, circumvent access restrictions or share credentials;
- use comping/preview files in published material — previews are for mockups only.
G. Disclaimers, liability & indemnity
The Platform and its content are provided "as is", without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free functionality. To the extent permitted by law, Fast Media BV is not liable for damages arising from use of the Platform or its content, including content uploaded by users. You agree to indemnify and hold Fast Media BV harmless from claims arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these terms.
H. Copyright, takedowns & jurisdiction
1. We respect intellectual property and comply with EU copyright law and the Digital Services Act. Rights holders can submit takedown requests to the contact below; repeat infringers will be banned.
2. AI-generated content must be used appropriately and in accordance with applicable law and the generating model's content policies.
3. Disputes arising from these terms are governed by Dutch law and will be brought before the competent courts of Amsterdam.
