Russian drone attack damages supermarket and apartment block in Kyiv

Photographs from the Solomianskyi district of Kyiv, Ukraine, show the aftermath of a Russian drone attack on the capital, in which a drone exploded close to a five-storey residential building during a morning assault. The images record a damaged supermarket on the ground floor of the block, shattered windows and balconies, and a car with a broken windscreen parked nearby. State Emergency Service rescuers work outside the building, on its roof and from a telescopic ladder, while municipal workers and repairmen measure and cut boards to seal windows.
