Enterprise image licensing: teams, seats and a brand portal

For large organisations, brand owners and procurement teams in the Netherlands and Belgium. Fast Media brings owned, licensed and created media into one library, with seats and user groups per department, a licence certificate on every download, and purchasing that runs on quotes, POs and EUR VAT invoices from one EU supplier based in Amsterdam.

One library for the whole organisation

Fast Media gives a large organisation one library where owned, licensed and created media sit in one grid, so every team publishes from the same place. Communications, marketing, internal publishing and agency partners all work from the same shelf instead of scattered drives, mailboxes and separate agency accounts. What the organisation has produced itself sits next to what it licenses and what it generates, described the same way and findable with the same search, which is what makes a brand portal usable across departments rather than only inside one.

Seats, teams and groups

Seats, teams and groups let you decide who may search, who may download and who may license, with projects and share links for work that crosses departments. A regional team can search and collect without holding licensing rights, while a central brand or studio group approves and licenses. Projects hold the images for a campaign, a report or a launch, and share links pass a selection to a colleague, a printer or an external agency without creating another account or another copy of the file.

See what you already own

Because your own archive is searched alongside every commercial source, teams see what the organisation already owns before anyone spends budget again. A photo shot for last year's annual report, a portrait series, a product set: it all appears in the same results as the commercial material, so a second purchase of something already paid for becomes visible before it happens. For organisations with many publishing teams, that single grid is often the difference between an archive that is used and one that is forgotten.

One desk, one EU supplier

One desk covers editorial wire, creative stock, specialist archives and free sources, so procurement contracts with one EU supplier instead of a dozen agencies. Seven supplier integrations sit behind the same search โ€” Solwee and Newscom for editorial wire, Dreamstime and DepositPhotos for creative stock, Pexels, Unsplash and Pixabay for free sources โ€” and around 27 archives and collections are licensed through them, among them Avalon, Belga, Robert Harding, Heritage and Universal Images Group. Fast Media is independent of any one agency and invoices from Amsterdam.

Licences, purchasing and reporting

Each download carries a licence certificate with rights, territory and print-run clarity, and purchasing runs on quotes, POs and EUR VAT invoices, so finance and procurement get the documents they expect. Activity reporting and renewals show what was used, by which team, and what is due, so plans and seats can be adjusted before renewal rather than after. When a department grows or a campaign ends, the account follows, and the usage record stays available for audit and internal review.

Onboarding and Create

Onboarding sets up your branded portal, plans and user groups, so the library opens with your teams, permissions and structure already in place rather than as an empty account. Create is available inside the same account when an image does not exist yet: AI generation, background removal, image extension, keywording and compression, with the results stored in the same library as everything else. That keeps generated material under the same permissions, the same projects and the same reporting as licensed and owned files.
