Educational image licensing for learning materials

Procurement receives quotes with PO references and EUR VAT invoices from an EU supplier based in Amsterdam. Plans, seats, activity reporting and renewals are managed in the same place, so a finance or purchasing office can reconcile what was spent, by which faculty, against the licences actually issued.
